Minutes of the Area meeting held on Friday 3rd June 2005

1.                  Apologies for Absence

2.                  Clubs Present

 

Vikings, Lakeside, Norwich 3 members.

 

3.                  Minutes of the Previous Meeting

 

Proposed Lakeside, Seconded Norwich. Carried.

 

4.         Matter arising

 

Matters arising

David Cline has offered to help man the BMFA stand at Wings and Wheels.

 

5.            Officers' Reports

 

None.

 

6.         BMFA Council meeting

 

Agreed the area would push for the ratification of the “C” certificate.

 

7.         Other Business

 

The issue of possible alternate delegates to the BMFA council was discussed. For the future if such an alternative delegate was required then the delegate would agree the required action with the Chairman.

 

It was agree that the ACE to replace George Kelp would be Richard Brown. The Achievement scheme coordinator would action.
